How does live-in pet sitting work?
Our experienced pet sitter stays in your home 24/7, maintaining your pet’s routine and providing constant companionship. This includes feeding, exercise, playtime, and overnight supervision.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like Eid holidays, Christmas season, summer travel period, and winter vacation season. This helps ensure availability and allows us to better accommodate your pet’s needs.
Hourly Pet Sitting
What are the minimum and maximum hours for booking the hourly pet sitting?
Minimum booking is 2 hours; maximum is 12 hours per session.
Can I book same-day hourly care?
Subject to availability, we can accommodate same-day bookings. We recommend at least 24hrs in advance to ensure availability.
Drop-in Visits
What’s the difference between drop-in visits and hourly sitting?
Drop-in visits are 30-60 minute focused care sessions, ideal for basic needs when you’re away for the day. Hourly sitting provides 2-12 hours of continuous care and companionship, perfect for longer absences or pets needing extra care.
How long are drop-in visits?
Standard visits are 30 minutes. We also offer extended 60-minute visits for pets requiring extra attention or those with special needs.
How many visits per day can I book?
You can schedule 1-2 visits per day depending on your pet’s needs. Most clients choose 2-3 visits for optimal care.
Dog Walking Services
How long are dog walks?
Our standard dog walks are 30 minutes.
We also offer extended 45-minute and 60-minute walks for high-energy dogs or households with multiple dogs, depending on your needs. Let us know what works best for you and your pup!
Do you walk multiple dogs together?
Yes, we can walk multiple dogs from the same household together. For safety, we limit group walks to 3 dogs maximum.
