What’s your cancellation policy? (emergencies considered on case-by-case basis)
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the service start time:
• No cancellation fee during non-peak periods.
• 20% cancellation fee during peak seasons (Eid holidays, summer holidays, Winter holidays/Christmas).
Cancellations made within 72hrs to 24 hours of the service start time:
• 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service start time, or after the service has started:
• No refund
Client Returning Home Prior to the Agreed Date:
• No refund for any unused days/time
Dog Walking Services
How long are dog walks?
Our standard dog walks are 30 minutes.
We also offer extended 45-minute and 60-minute walks for high-energy dogs or households with multiple dogs, depending on your needs. Let us know what works best for you and your pup!
Do you walk multiple dogs together?
Yes, we can walk multiple dogs from the same household together. For safety, we limit group walks to 3 dogs maximum.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. Payment is typically due before services begin for all the clients.

Holiday rates apply during major UAE holidays (Eid, National Day, Christmas, etc.) and may include a modest surcharge due to increased demand.
